Keyword Field
The App Store keyword field is a hidden 100-character list of comma-separated terms used only for indexing, never shown to users.
The keyword field is a private, 100-character field in App Store Connect where you list comma-separated terms you want to rank for. Users never see it; it exists purely to tell Apple which queries your app is relevant to.
To maximize it: don’t use spaces after commas (they waste characters), never repeat words already in your title or subtitle, skip your own brand and category name (Apple indexes those automatically), and avoid plurals when Apple already matches them. Apple also auto-combines your single words into phrases, so list components rather than full phrases.
Google Play has no keyword field; it derives keywords from your visible descriptions instead.
