Organic Uplift

Organic uplift is the additional organic installs generated as a side effect of paid campaigns improving your rankings and visibility.

Organic uplift (or organic multiplier) is the boost in unpaid installs that results from running paid user-acquisition campaigns. When paid spend drives a burst of downloads, your keyword and chart rankings improve, and that higher visibility produces extra organic installs you didn’t pay for directly.

Measuring uplift is essential for honest paid ROI: if every 100 paid installs generate 30 organic ones, your true cost per install is lower than the ad platform reports. Teams estimate it by comparing organic volume during and outside campaign bursts.

Maximizing uplift is an argument for concentrating spend to push past ranking thresholds rather than spreading it thinly.
